Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Kingfisher County Released Inmates does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms apply to its handling of the query.
Emails and Contact Messages
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Normal web operations may record limited technical information when a page loads:
- The device's internet protocol address
- The browser name and version
- The device category and operating system
- The pages viewed and approximate time spent on them
- The referring page or website, when available
- The date and time of the request

Advertising partners may use technology on their own systems to understand activity across websites and select interest-based advertising. That tracking is handled by the partner, not by Kingfisher County Released Inmates.

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor submitted personal data, notify us through the Contacts page so a deletion request can be reviewed.
