The local ODOC office routes state supervision questions. Closed Records handles archived ODOC release and discharge files, and ODOC policy lists copies at $0.25 per page. Ask for a full estimate. Victim Services handles release or movement notification questions. The Board provides parole dockets, decisions, and Board records, not an ODOC release certificate. Its request instructions say to allow 30 days before checking an outstanding request and that emailed records have no copying fee. VINE handles participating custody searches and notification registration.
